OURI x Ubah Stigma – Generasi Tangguh: Creating Positive Anchor through Mind and Body Connection
In celebration of World Mental Health Day, on October 20th, 2025, OURI partnered with Ubah Stigma to hold a workshop for Modinity Group – as part of Ubah Stigma’s Generasi Tangguh program. The workshop was designed to cater for the needs of employees at Modinity Group – the house of many fashion brands, like Buttonscarves & Benang Jarum. Through psychoeducation and therapeutic art activity specifically tailored to their work context, this workshop focused on strengthening workplace resilience to help them manage work pressures and challenges – by inviting them to build a positive anchor that’s uniquely theirs, through art.
Learning Mind-Body Connection for Resilience
Building resilience and managing difficult times begins with recognizing the early signals of stress. Our psychologist Asaelia Aleeza, B.Sc., M.Sc., M.Psi, Psikolog helped participants explore the fundamentals of stress and stress management – understanding how the body physically responds to pressure and how we can identify signals on our body sensations when stress starts rising. Through a mindfulness exercise, participants were invited to practice a tool that they can use to recognize the signs of stress on the body, which is through guided breathing and body scan meditation. This grounding activity prepared the participants’ mind and body for deeper reflection and self-exploration during the art therapy session.
Art Therapy for Mind-Body Awareness: Body-Mapping and Guided Painting

Led by our art therapist, Fauzia Ramadhani, S.Psi., MA., AThR, the art therapy session began with a body mapping activity – shading the areas on a printed body image according to where they recognize sensations and labelling the emotions that come with it. This hands-on activity encouraged participants to understand how stress manifests in their body. The session continued with a guided painting activity where participants expressed their imagination and creativity by illustrating their own “safe space” artwork – a personalized positive anchor they could return to when experiencing stress or feeling overwhelmed. This session wrapped up with some participants sharing about their safe space painting and their personal reflection – creating a meaningful moment of collective insight and connection.
We hope this workshop equipped Modinity Group employees with the knowledge, tools, and insights that are important for building resilience and recognizing mind-body connection for dealing with everyday work dynamics, including the pressures and challenges.
At OURI, we deeply care and are fully committed to supporting employee well-being by promoting mindfulness, stress management, and healthy self-expression—helping them thrive, adapt, and stay grounded both at work and in their personal lives. Because we believe that with the right support, even life’s storms can bloom into something beautiful and unique.
