Anggita Hapsari, B.A., M.Psi., Psikolog, is a senior clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and parents. She works with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, emotional dysregulation, eating disorders, adjustment difficulties, and challenges related to cultural transitions. She provides therapy in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

In her practice, Anggita draws from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, StoryPlay, Theraplay, Sandplay Therapy, mindfulness, and group psychotherapy. Her extensive experience across clinics, schools, and family-focused settings allows her to understand each client within their broader developmental, relational, and cultural context. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Massey University, New Zealand, and a Master’s degree in Clinical Child Psychology from Universitas Indonesia.

Beyond her clinical work, Anggita has also worked as a lecturer, consultant, trainer, and speaker on topics related to parenting, child development, and mental health. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and relaxing by the beach.
