Meet Our Therapists
Diella is a child clinical psychologist with over 500 hours of clinical practice. She specialises in neurodevelopmental challenges, learning difficulties, emotional regulation, adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), and parent-child relationships.
Diella earned an M.A. in Psychology of Music from the University of Sheffield and a professional degree in Clinical Child Psychology from Universitas Indonesia. Her multidisciplinary expertise allows her to blend psychological principles with music and art to enhance child development and provide effective therapeutic interventions.
In her practice, Diella applies CBT and Behavior Modification while actively promoting Positive Parenting to parents. Her current research focuses on the role of music in enhancing joint attention in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), emphasizing its potential as a simple activity to support social skill development.
Outside of her professional work, Diella finds joy and balance through music and movement. She enjoys playing the piano, singing, and practicing yoga.

Ghianina Armand is a compassionate clinical psychologist dedicated to supporting children and adolescents through a wide range of mental health challenges, including developmental, emotional, and relational difficulties. With over 500 hours of clinical experience, she integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Theraplay, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) techniques—particularly in her work with children experiencing developmental concerns.
Her academic background spans both international and local institutions, offering a well-rounded, global perspective. She holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (2017), an MSc in Child Development from University College London (2018), and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Universitas Indonesia (2024). Her ongoing involvement in research projects at Universitas Indonesia keeps her closely connected to the latest developments in the field, particularly in areas related to Autism Spectrum Disorder and its impact on family dynamics.

Fauzia is a compassionate and skilled Counselor and Art Therapist who supports children, adolescents, and young adults facing a wide range of mental health challenges. She specializes in addressing behavioral and emotional difficulties, school-related concerns, attachment issues, and trauma.
Fauzia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universitas Gadjah Mada and a Master’s degree in Art Therapy from LASALLE College of the Arts—one of Southeast Asia’s pioneering institutions in art therapy, accredited by the Australian, New Zealand, and Asian Creative Arts Therapies Association (ANZACATA). She is a qualified and registered Art Therapist with ANZACATA.
In addition to her clinical work, Fauzia has hands-on counseling experience in various settings, where she has supported individuals in managing emotional regulation, social challenges, and work & academic-related stress. This experience allows her to better understand the developmental and environmental factors that influence individuals in diverse contexts.
Having worked across diverse cultural and social environments in Jakarta and Singapore, Fauzia brings an open-minded and adaptable perspective to her practice. She integrates art therapy, psychodynamic approaches, attachment theory, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to provide a holistic and client-centered therapeutic experience.

Anggita Hapsari, B.A., M.Psi., Psikolog, is a senior clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and parents. She works with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, emotional dysregulation, eating disorders, adjustment difficulties, and challenges related to cultural transitions. She provides therapy in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
In her practice, Anggita draws from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, StoryPlay, Theraplay, Sandplay Therapy, mindfulness, and group psychotherapy. Her extensive experience across clinics, schools, and family-focused settings allows her to understand each client within their broader developmental, relational, and cultural context. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Massey University, New Zealand, and a Master’s degree in Clinical Child Psychology from Universitas Indonesia.

Asaelia is a clinical psychologist with degrees from the University of Exeter (BSc Psychology, 2018), University College London (MSc Clinical Mental Health Sciences, 2019), and Universitas Indonesia (Master of Clinical Psychology, 2024). She co-founded Ubah Stigma, a non-profit focused on reducing mental health stigma in Indonesia, which has reached over 40,000 people and been recognized by the Ministry of Health.
Asaelia works with clients facing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and maladaptive behaviors, using a warm and empathetic approach. She integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Logotherapy and other behavioral therapies into her practice. Asaelia has also contributed to media outlets like SEAToday, IDN Times, and DAAI TV, and has served as a speaker and consultant for schools, communities, and companies.

Rinda A’anisah, M.Psi., Psikolog, is a vibrant and dedicated clinical psychologist with a deep passion for helping others navigate their mental health journey. A cum laude graduate from both Diponegoro University and Universitas Indonesia, Rinda brings a solid academic background and over 750 hours of clinical experience. With nearly three years in the field, she has supported individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship or workplace challenges.
Rinda integrates a range of evidence-based approaches in her practice, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Logotherapy. Known for her warm and approachable nature, Rinda also serves as a support group facilitator and mental health speaker, creating safe and empowering spaces for growth and connection.

Klarinthia, or Intha is an adult clinical psychologist with a strong interest in romantic relationships and couples counseling. She graduated cum laude from Universitas Indonesia and was recognized as one of the university’s top graduates
A significant part of Intha’s clinical work focuses on supporting couples and individuals navigating challenges in their romantic relationships. Her clients seek support for concerns related to marriage, premarital relationships, dating, attachment patterns, breakups, trust, and communication difficulties.Beyond relationship concerns, Intha also works with adults experiencing stress, anxiety, trauma-related experiences, anger management difficulties, and challenges with emotion regulation
With over 1,200 hours of clinical experience, Intha integrates evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s needs. Her therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) for individual clients. For couples, she utilizes the Gottman Method Couples Therapy and is also a certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator.
Outside of the therapy room, Intha enjoys listening to live music, spending time with her pets and loved ones, exercising, and exploring new cafés.
