OURI X Mond de Sonne ‘Between the Lines’: A Book Club for Stories, Reflection, and Connection
Everyone carries their own journey of understanding themselves while navigating the expectations, norms, and pressures that surround them. In celebration of International Women’s Day on 9 March 2026, this shared journey is what brought OURI Mindcare x Mond de Sonne Book Club ‘Between the Lines’ to life: a space for women to pause, listen to one another, and tell the stories they’ve been carrying
Guided Book Discussion ‘The Sun, the Sea, and the Stars: Ancient Wisdom as a Healing Journey‘

Understanding and accepting what we feel can sometimes be a challenge–so there’s a quiet relief that comes when we’re able to express it somewhere safe. Together with Mond de Sonne founder Fayrani Armand and psychologist assistant Teresa Kristina Wijaya, (Hons) B.Sc., participants were guided through the theme of ‘Self Discovery and Belonging’, drawing from the affirmations and passages of The Sun, the Sea, and the Stars
The discussion invited each person to turn inward, sitting with questions like: which affirmation felt closest to your own journey? What ‘season’ are you in right now–and what do you need most in this season? Is there an expectation you’ve been carrying that might finally be ready to be let go?
There were no right or wrong answers. Only space to be honest, to be heard, and to slowly make peace with the version of yourself that is still becoming.
Art Therapy Session: Creating Blackout Poetry

After sharing stories, it was time to turn those feelings into something tangible. Led by art therapist Fauzia Ramadhani, S.Psi., M.A., AThR, participants were invited to sit with the idea that feelings—much like waves—are never truly still; they rise and fall, settle and surge. And one of the most honest ways to feel them is simply to express them.
Through blackout poetry, participants took an existing piece of text and ‘blacked out’ the words that no longer felt necessary, leaving behind only what mattered most.
From the very same page, each person could find an entirely different poem. Because meaning, in the end, always comes from what resonates most deeply within us.
Between the Lines is a reminder that behind every journey that feels heavy, there is always another woman walking through the same season, and that sharing our stories, however small, can be the very beginning of healing.
